Loop the Lake & Bible Study Bike Rides

Loop the Lake
We will be doing Loop the Lake again this year! The date is June 16th, 2018. Interested persons who have not signed up yet should go to www.bikebemidji.com for the current price and registration procedures.

 

Bible Study Bike Rides
On June 6th, was the first bike ride of our Bible Study group. We decided to get out in nature and ride on most Wednesday afternoons through the summer and reconvene in the fall for continuing Bible Study.  We rode from the church about 1/2 way around the lake to the Mississippi River Bridge and back. Such a fun time! It is basically a senior group open to people who would like to join us. Not racing speed, but a leisurely fun ride! We leave the church at 3:30 sharp.

 

Participants this first time were Lorne Lofberg, Larry Young, Verna Lofberg, Glen Seibel, Sue Young, Rev. Rob Kopp, Mary Ann Gray and Tom Gray.

Confirmation, 2017

It was an exciting day at church as we welcome our new confirmands!  We are pleased to have these four young adults become members of our congregation!
